Primary Purpose of the Role The NPI/Technical Transfer engineer will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of a duplicate production line. They will also be responsible for managing changes on the production line on an ongoing basis. Major Accountabilities Manufacturing activities Work in compliance with ISO13485 Manufacturing readiness Work with automation engineers to set up stations with required tools, equipment Validation activities including, but not limited to, station validation, tool validations, gauge R&R Documentation of activities Being first point of contact for production staff to help resolve issues Engineering change management for production, processes and equipment Co-ordination activities: Liasing with various business stakeholders to ensure expectations and timelines are met Clear documentation and status reporting Key Performance Indicators Adherence to timelines Clear communication and prompt escalation of any critical items Ability to work cross functionally Position Prerequisites

Engineering or Technology qualifications
Experience
0-3 years manufacturing experience.
Experience
in a regulated manufacturing environment would be looked on favourably Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment Proactive and assertive attitude
