Purpose of the role Responsible for managing end-to-end export documentation activities and ensuring accurate, timely processing of shipping documents. Ensures compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements while maintaining operational efficiency. Collaborates with customers, internal stakeholders, and shipping partners to deliver excellent service and support business growth. You will be Responsible for: Preparing, reviewing, and processing export shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), Shipping Instructions (SI), and Commercial Invoices. Ensuring all export documentation is completed accurately and submitted within the required timelines. Managing document amendments, corrections, and updates as required. Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, country-specific SOPs, and international trade regulations. Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and providing timely resolution of operational exceptions. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity within operational systems. Contributing ideas and initiatives that support process optimization and operational excellence. Looking for candidates who are willing to work in the night shift. Qualifications · 2–5 years of experience in Export Documentation, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations. · Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce or related discipline. · Strong knowledge of export documentation processes and international shipping practices.
