Requisitos: - Conhecimento profundo em eletrônica aplicada a máquinas CNC Heller: diagnóstico, monitoramento Ladder, backups, substituição de placas eletrônicas, módulos de potência, drives, inversores, CLPs, sensores, cabos e conectores, sistemas de alimentação elétrica e redes industriais (Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, IO-Link, entre outras). - Conhecimento mecânico intermediário para suporte em análises e reparos. - Experiência comprovada em manutenção eletrônica de centros de usinagem da família Heller, Mazak, Brother ou similares. Diferenciais: - Comandos Siemens 840C/840D, Fanuc (16i, 18i, 160i, 180i), Mazatrol 640M. - Integração de robôs Fanuc/ABB. - Protocolos de comunicação industrial (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, IO-Link). - Conhecimento em TPM aplicado à eletrônica (monitoramento de falhas, manutenção preventiva). - Normas de segurança elétrica: NR-10, uso de EPI, bloqueio e etiquetagem. Formação Acadêmica: - Ensino Médio Técnico ou Graduação em Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas. - Certificação em Eletrônica/Mecatrônica ou equivalente. - Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em indústria metalúrgica ou automotiva.
