Jouw rol Als Senior Business Development & Strategy Analyst maak je deel uit van het Strategy & Strategic program management team voor de Benelux. Je ondersteunt de organisatie in het nemen van data-gedreven strategische beslissingen en vertaalt complexe inzichten naar duidelijke aanbevelingen voor het directieteam en schakelt met het internationale strategieteam. In deze rol werk je op het snijvlak van strategie, business en finance. Je ondersteunt het lokale directiecomité en het internationale strategieteam met analyses en aanbevelingen die richting geven aan commerciële, product- en investeringsbeslissingen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de jaarlijkse strategische plannings- en budgetcycli van de organisatie. Strategische analyse & inzichten Je analyseert markten, concurrenten, klanten en portfolio’s om strategische beslissingen te ondersteunen. Je bouwt business case modellen om scenario’s en groeimogelijkheden te evalueren. Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere hypotheses, analyses en concrete aanbevelingen. Je ontwikkelt inzichten en presentaties voor senior leadership. Strategie-definitie en executie Je draagt bij aan het uitwerken van de lokale strategie van LR Benelux en levert input voor de divisionele strategie. Je vertaalt strategische keuzes naar concrete roadmap en projecten. Je coördineert en ondersteunt strategische initiatieven over verschillende afdelingen heen en je brengt stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, finance) samen en zorgt voor alignement. Je werkt mee aan de jaarlijkse strategische planningscyclus en het budgetteringsproces. Business development & groei Je identificeert nieuwe opportuniteiten zoals nieuwe proposities, partnerships of overnames. Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van marktpositionering, prijsstrategie en go-to-market aanpak. Je analyseert klantsegmenten en concurrentie om groei-initiatieven te onderbouwen. Internationale & Benelux context Je werkt in een Benelux-context maar met sterke internationale exposure. Je vertaalt globale strategie naar de lokale markt en omgekeerd. Wie ben jij? Je hebt een masterdiploma. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in strategie, business development of consultancy. Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met financiële modellering. Je bent gewend om te werken in projectmatige en strategische omgevingen. Je legt snel verbanden, kan opportuniteiten spotten en krijgt energie van complexe vraagstukken. Je kan zelfstandig complexe problemen structureren en oplossen. Je communiceert helder en gestructureerd en weet complexe inzichten overtuigend te brengen op senior niveau.
