Deine Aufgaben Als Senior Product Software Engineer entwickelst und verantwortest Du komplexe Web-Anwendungen und Produktfeatures für unsere Onlineprodukte im Umfeld der Digital eXperience Group (*/dxg) bei Wolters Kluwer. Du übernimmst eine führende Rolle bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Webarchitekturen, insbesondere im Umfeld von Drupal-basierten Plattformen. Du treibst die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von agentic development, Spec Driven Development und AI-gestützten Entwicklungsprozessen aktiv voran. Du konzipierst, entwickelst und nutzt KI-basierte Agenten sowie agentic coding Ansätze in modernen IDEs zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Qualität Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Architekten und cross-funktionalen Teams in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation zusammen und übernimmst technische Führungsverantwortung. Du stellst Softwarequalität durch konsequente Anwendung von CI/CD-Praktiken, automatisierten Tests sowie Application Security (AppSec) Maßnahmen sicher. Du analysierst bestehende Systeme, leitest Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab und modernisierst diese kontinuierlich. Du übernimmst Mentoring für weniger erfahrene Entwickler und förderst aktiv den Wissensaufbau im Team, insbesondere im Bereich AI-gestützter Entwicklung. Du wirkst aktiv an Architekturentscheidungen sowie an der Definition technischer Standards mit. Dein Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Fokus auf Web-Technologien. Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Web-Anwendungen, idealerweise mit Drupal und modernen JavaScript-Frameworks (z.B. React). Tiefe Erfahrung in HTML, CSS, modernen CSS-Frameworks sowie responsivem und barrierearmem Webdesign. Erfahrung mit Spec Driven Development, agentic development und dem Einsatz von KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools. Erfahrung in der Erstellung, Orchestrierung und Nutzung von Software-Agenten sowie agentic coding Ansätzen. Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Entwicklungsumgebungen (IDEs) unter Einsatz von AI-Unterstützung. Sehr gute Kenntnisse von CI/CD-Pipelines, Build-Systemen und Source Code Management (z.B.
