CX/UX Design Manager (Nursing) – Hybrid (ET/CT) R0055920 | DXG | UX/CX COE | Wolters Kluwer Team & Role Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking a CX/UX Design Manager (Nursing) to lead design and experience strategy and execution across the Nursing portfolio, spanning education, practice, and professional development. This role sits in a complex, regulated, and high-impact domain and requires a leader who drives clarity, alignment, and data-driven decision making. This is a player-coach leadership role, not a visual design position only. You will set direction in ambiguous spaces, align cross-functional teams early in the product lifecycle, and ensure UX drives meaningful outcomes for nurses, students, educators, and institutions. You will also act as a change agent, helping partners evolve their understanding of UX from strategic product design to execution.
