As a Field Service Technician, you'll work at customer sites helping inspect, diagnose, maintain, and support critical equipment and systems. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues. Diagnose equipment conditions and recommend solutions. Support the identification and correction of safety concerns on customer and company-owned equipment. Interact directly with customers to provide technical support and service. Work across multiple customer sites and technologies. Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Support a positive customer experience and represent Xylem professionally in the field. Collaborate with teammates and internal support groups to resolve customer issues. What We're Looking For Required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Ability to obtain a TWIC card. 0-2 years of technical experience. Customer service experience.
Experience
using Microsoft Office and smart devices. Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills. Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Ability to operate a company vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
Previous field service experience. Mechanical troubleshooting experience. Electrical troubleshooting experience, a plus!

working with industrial equipment.

with Pumps or Water treatment equipment is a plus!
