Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain. We're bringing our European success story to North America and looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of OEM and EMS accounts across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
You'll work with customers along the entire lifecycle — onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. This is a pioneer role on our North American team: you'll shape how we do customer success in this market, not just execute an existing playbook.
Hybrid from Austin, TX.

Language requirements Fluency in English is a must for this role, because you'll be working with English-speaking customers from Canada and the US. Spanish and French fluency are a huge plus, so we can cater even better to francophone Canadian customers or customers from Mexico.
Work setup You can join our team in a hybrid setup in Austin, Texas in the United States. We have our global HQ in Munich, Germany, an established hub in NYC, and a growing presence in Austin.
✈️ Travel We regularly meet for team retreats and attend selected industry events, which means you'll be traveling occasionally. Travel expenses will of course be covered by us.
