About the Role 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable digital transformation managers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered operational and transformation systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to digital transformation, organizational change, technology adoption, and practical aspects of transformation processes
• Evaluate AI responses for operational accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic digital transformation scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. transformation manager, client, stakeholder, or vendor)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated transformation content In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true digital transformation reasoning, authentic operational procedures, and practical management approaches. Rather than conducting traditional transformation work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about digital change at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level digital transformation manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, planning, and executing digital transformation strategies and projects
• Skilled at evaluating operational processes, requirements, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability

At 10x, there are two types of opportunities:

1. Traditional freelance missions These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.

2. AI Lab roles For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
