Job Description Project Controller We are looking for a Project Controller to help the Operations Team with internal work. You may contribute to a variety of projects including the following: Main
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities of a Senior Project Controller for a group of executives' client service engagements include: Collect and manage master versions of Proposals, SOWs, PIWs, MSAs, POs, and any other project documentation Run weekly reports detailing the status of each project, including actual billings and expenses vs planned budget Conduct analytical review of project reports; evaluate projects' status and supply partners with forecast and correction measures Create and submit invoices Compile expense receipts from project team, to submit with expense invoices Collections and unbilled receivables management Time sheet and expense approvals Monitor and report on budget deviations Period reporting requirements for assigned practice Work with finance team and other project controllers for project updates and process improvements Monitor and update CRM opportunities Contribute to the development of project deliverables Secondary responsibilities may include: Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel Forecast executives' bookings on engagements Several internal projects relating to practice, executive, or operations team
Requirements

Qualifications
Reports to an office daily 2 or more years of experience BA, BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Math Monitor project performance against budget and schedule.
Experience
supporting large-scale projects in manufacturing, engineering, construction, technology, or industrial environments.
Experience
managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. We prefer knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience
