Job Description Key Responsibilities Technical Thought Leadership Serve as a subject matter expert in your AO domain (e.g. AI, DataOps, Simulation, MES, etc.). Lead architecture design and solution validation alongside Consulting Managers and Account teams. Translate technical concepts into clear, business-aligned solution narratives. Capture field learnings and provide structured input to influence product roadmaps. PoC Factory & Solution Scaling Build and maintain reusable PoC templates, code assets, and deployment patterns. Partner with regional TCs and delivery teams to scale repeatable architectures. Support technical onboarding for early adopter customers and lighthouse accounts. Architecture & Integration Shape modular AO reference architectures aligned to SDA/SDN, Control, MES, and Cloud strategies. Act as a technical liaison to global product engineering and AO CoE teams. Escalate and resolve deep technical blockers during pursuit and implementation. Standards & CoE Integration Contribute to the AO CoE’s repository of validated patterns, PoCs, and best practices Advocate adoption of AO design standards across Rockwell's delivery network Enablement & Advisory Support enablement initiatives targeting field engineers and partners. Provide mentorship to internal technical teams ramping up in AO domains. Act as a technical escalation point during strategic program delivery.
