Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities for Data Center and mission-critical projects in Vietnam. The candidate will ensure all electrical systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise electrical installation works including MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and ELV systems Review electrical drawings, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications Coordinate electrical activities with MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants Conduct inspections for cable installation, containment systems, switchgear, and equipment installation Support testing & commissioning activities including continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, relay testing, and energization Ensure compliance with Vietnam electrical codes, fire safety regulations, and project specifications Coordinate with local authorities, utility providers, and inspectors for approvals and energization Monitor site safety and implement electrical safety procedures including LOTO practices Prepare progress reports, testing records, punch lists, and as-built documentation Troubleshoot electrical installation issues and support resolution during construction and commissioning Requirements: Minimum 5 years of electrical supervision experience in Data Center, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical projects Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, grounding, and ELV systems Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Good coordination and communication skills in English Possession of Construction Supervision Practice Certificate for MEP/Mechanical Works (Giám sát lắp đặt thiết bị cơ điện) is preferred Construction Supervision Certificate – Electrical Systems (Class II or above) High Voltage/Low Voltage Operation Safety Training Certificate Electrical Safety Card as required by Vietnam regulations Arc Flash and LOTO safety certifications preferred Location: On-site –Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
