We are looking for an organized and proactive Working Student who is interested in and enjoys working on People topics. In this role, you will primarily support our Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination and administrative activities while gaining insight into broader HR processes. Depending on business needs and your interest, you may also have the opportunity to support other People projects! Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruiting for the assigned roles from job posting, to screening applications, communicating with our candidates, interviewing, and scheduling interviews for the hiring team etc. Support the planning and execution of student-focused events such as career fairs and information sessions Support with relocation and travel reimbursement for candidates Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in our ATS (Workday) Perform regular data quality and compliance checks, including monthly data-cleanup activities Support the development of recruitment materials, communication activities, and employer branding initiatives Skills and
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field in a local University Strong interest in Human Resources and talent-related topics Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner Professional and confident communication skills in English & German Reliable, proactive, friendly and service-oriented mindset Be a part of innovation that makes a real difference in the lives of millions of people worldwide.
