We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our Product Management team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you'll own Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and go to market approach for strategic payment solutions. Lead the end to end product lifecycle, from concept and business case development through product launch and ongoing optimization. Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer focused solutions. Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and product positioning based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives. Drive product innovation by identifying market trends, evaluating new opportunities, and ensuring products deliver long term commercial success. What you'll bring Extensive experience in Product Management, preferably within Payments, Financial Services, Software, or a technology driven environment. Proven experience managing complex product lifecycles, product roadmaps, and cross functional product initiatives. Strong analytical and commercial skills with experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Experience working with cross functional and international teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives. Excellent communication skills with business fluency in both German and English. It’s a bonus if you have A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. Experience working in software development, business analysis, or Agile product delivery environments. Knowledge of software development methodologies and technology driven product management.
