As an Associate Aerospace Software Engineer you will join the AvionX Poland team consisting of highly skilled, high performing engineering team members supporting multiple product lines across Boeing AvionX. Responsibilities

Write, review, and maintain high-quality, readable, and maintainable code using applicable languages and tools (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB/Simulink). Support model-based design and simulation activities, including development and review of Simulink/Stateflow models and auto-generated code when applicable. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability Support software verification and validation activities, including test case development, test execution, and documentation of results. Perform thorough, constructive code reviews and mentor other engineers on best practices Use Git for source control and run CI/CD pipelines; follow standard branching process and merge request workflows Work in container‑based development environments (Docker) and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams as needed Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and continuous process improvement Follow and contribute to compliance with aerospace software standards and processes (e.g., DO-178C). Learn and apply company software engineering practices, coding standards, and tools; actively seek mentorship and participate in ongoing professional development. Basic

Qualifications

(Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Aviation Engineering education background 2+ years of professional experience English proficiency
