Duties
The Senior Administrative Services Director provides expert leadership in marketing analysis, strategic planning, development and implementation, and systems/process review to enhance efficiencies and profitability for clinical services in Northwest Arkansas. This role oversees finance, human resources, asset utilization, regulatory compliance, and the education and research missions of Primary Care programs in Northwest Arkansas. The Senior Administrative Services Director will support community relationships, development work, Advisory Council requirements, and project obligations (e.g., Primary Care First, CPC+). The role leads and chairs committees as needed (Finance, Quality Improvement, Clinic Operations, etc.) and directs all business processes and financially related matters for an academic department in a community-based setting, aligning goals and objectives with UAMS Health and REP strategic plans. Qualifications
Baccalaureate degree in Business or related field. At least ten (10) years of experience in financial management and leadership. Strong knowledge of electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated leadership, verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Proficiency with Centricity EMR/PM System. Knowledge of Quality Improvement initiatives (MU, PCMH). Team-building experience; broad accounting skills; Workday experience a plus.
Experience

Responsibilities
Financial Management Maintain financial monitoring and control systems with reporting processes for internal and external requirements. Develop procedures and systems to safeguard resources and assets; assign personnel as needed. Evaluate financial resource utilization to meet program goals; provide recommendations to senior leadership on efficient utilization. Prepare and manage the Annual Operating Budget for Primary Care in Northwest Arkansas; manage grant funds and ensure compliance with grant objectives. Oversee management of Foundation funds, ensuring spending aligns with donor intent. Deliver regular budget performance reports to ICE and REP Leadership; develop business plans for new/replacement faculty recruitment, new clinical services, and contracts. Utilize Workday for financial verification and repositioning; use JFR and FacFacts for faculty onboarding and accurate FTE tracking. Oversee billing, access, AR metrics, cash management, purchasing, accounts payable, facilities, inventory, and related business functions; ensure staffing levels and training; address performance gaps and adjust policies as needed. Monitor provider productivity metrics and lead corrective actions to achieve targets in collaboration with Program Directors and Senior Leadership. Ensure building maintenance and housekeeping are budgeted and maintained. Strategic Management Conduct ongoing analyses for planning and quality improvement across Northwest Arkansas (market analyses, legislation impact, demand forecasting, revenue cycle forecasting, etc.). Leadership/HR Provide direction on financial policies and procedures to optimize resource use and improve financial performance. Serve on the organizational leadership team and participate in statewide committees, panels, and task forces as required. Oversee HR functions site-wide, ensuring adherence to policies, onboarding, staff supervision, performance evaluations, and goal setting aligned with UAMS, REP, and service-line goals. Promote a positive learning environment for students (residents, medical/nursing/pharmacy students) and manage onboarding and student experiences, including accommodations and issue resolution.
