Why This Role Matters As a Fleet Back Office Intern, you will support the daily operations of Goodyear Fleet Services by ensuring accurate pricing administration, invoicing processes, and fleet data management. Working closely with internal teams, customers, and service providers, you will contribute to operational efficiency and help deliver a high-quality customer experience. What You'll Do Support pricing and invoicing administration for fleet customers and service providers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Maintain, update, and validate pricing data and operational records within fleet management systems. Record, monitor, and manage service jobs on the Goodyear Fleet Services platform. Create daily tire orders, process purchase orders, and investigate or resolve related discrepancies. Collaborate with Front Office Agents and operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer support. Prepare reports, research materials, and documentation while maintaining accurate databases and records. Execute assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures and gain exposure to multiple business functions through cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Bring Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Outlook and SharePoint is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow structured procedures and workflows. Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn while collaborating across multiple functions. Interest in developing practical experience in fleet operations, pricing, invoicing, data management, and back-office processes within a global corporate environment.
