Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager, RLC/VRF, you'll be responsible for: Plans, execute, and manages residential, light commercial & VRF projects To coordinate with operation team, credit & finance team to ensure timely delivery in meeting forecast plan To provide system comparison, analyze and fill in products & technical information Able to provide alternative solutions to suit customer's need/requirement Be proactive in entire sales cycle, from identifying pipeline, specs in, offering to customers to delivery execution and T&C Adapted quickly to unexpected site changes or obstacles encountered during project execution Collaborate with management team to develop strategic plans for business growth.
