Where You’ll Make a Difference Achieve Sales Targets and Business Objectives in North India, Nepal and Bangladesh in line with the Grain Processing Business Strategy and Annual Sales Budget Plan. Develop strategy and execute plans for Distributors. Support Distributors to develop strategy and execute plans. Drive new opportunities from potential customers. Understand needs and challenges of customers (key accounts), build and manage strategic relationships at key accounts to identify win-win opportunities and grow revenues while meeting unmet needs of the customer, enabling customer to achieve own objectives with our solutions. Maintain up to date knowledge on market developments and trends, competitive intelligence etc., to ensure relevance of market strategy. Liaise with supply chain group, production, SBU and other functions to ensure proper and smooth supply to customers. Maintain updated CRM - account profiles, account plans, call reports and opportunity pipeline etc. Translate customers’ insights and unmet needs into new business leads. What Makes You the Right Fit Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Alcohol Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Fermentation Alcohol Industry. Strong knowledge of Enzymes and yeast solutions in Fermentation Alcohol (FA) and Carbohydrate Processing (CP) Industry. Proven value selling and negotiation skills, ability to influence. Existing network and expertise in North India Fermentation Alcohol and Carbohydrate Processing Industry. Good commercial, marketing and technical acumen that enables identification of Commercial, Marketing and Technical needs, and proposal of an optimized solution. Effective listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills. High drive and self-motivated, flexible and good agility in a global business environment.
