Participating in monthly closing activities according to the Xylem closing calendar.Supporting the Chief accountant with AP, AR, Bank accounting tasks. Take part in BS account reconciliations and preparing various monthly / quarterly / annual reports. Provide support in preparing of Tax declarations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Bank related tasks. Recording of bank remittances Book bank statements Daily retrieval of bank balances Netting balance uploads, and booking Support intercompany reconciliations and monthly netting Prepare of foreign delegation accounts, daily fee calculations Management of receivables, collection, maintenance of connection with factoring companies Bank guarantee administration Coordination of preparation for closures with FSSC. Running of the necessary reports at closure. Perform / review account reconciliations Maintaining Fixed Assets register Fixed Assets accounting, Run depreciation Take part in preparation of VAT declaration. Manage Tax accounts reconciliation. Prepare / submit certain statistical report Book Travel expenses and Out of Pocket expense reports Handle various ad hoc tasks, requests. REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS Chartered Accountant 3 years+ of relevant accounting experience Fluent in English and Hungarian Advanced Microsoft Excel
Experience
at multinational companies - preferred
Experience
in using iScala, SAP.
Experience
in US GAAP - preferred. Familiarity with SOX compliance and SOC report reviews.
