Notre offre en résumé : • CDI – 35h • Poste en 5*8 (6h-14h / 14h-22h / 22h-6h) • Un cadre de travail et un management bienveillant • Opportunités de développement de compétences et d’évolution Notre offre en détail : Intégré à une équipe de 9 personnes et rattaché au Superviseur, vous participez aux opérations de production des ferments lactiques (ingrédients pour les industries laitières servant à la fabrication des yaourts, fromages …) : • Préparation des milieux de culture (poudre de lait, sucre, …) : mélange des matières premières avant stérilisation UHT • Congélation des produits en Salle Blanche avant stockage en chambre froide (-55°) : réglage des paramètres de l’équipement et chargement des sacs de produits semi-finis • Ensemencement • Prises d’échantillons en cours de fabrication Votre profil : De formation Bac Pro à Bac +2 en Production, Laboratoire ou Biotechnologies, vous avez une première expérience (stage ou premier emploi) et recherchez une entreprise dans laquelle évoluer et développer vos compétences. Assidu et engagé, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et contribuerez au maintien de la bonne ambiance avec vos collègues.
