Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management & Development Cultivate and expand local business relationships, ensuring high performance across all customer portfolios interested in standardized products with shorter sales cycles. Customer profiles and portfolios will vary depending on market dynamics and individual needs. Client Strategy & Planning Manage and develop relationships within the assigned customer portfolio, focusing on long-term growth. Collaborate closely with local product teams to drive and deliver revenue growth. For customers with significant regional importance, create comprehensive account business plans that include both Ocean and Logistics & Services products. Sales Management Maintain a broad view of the customer’s business within the designated geography. Identify and capitalize on opportunities aligned with Ocean and Logistics product strategies. Offer standalone product solutions tailored to customer-specific needs. Define and adjust business targets in response to market trends and asset availability. Partner with the Capacity/Campaign Manager to formalize commercial strategies, ensuring the optimization of assets. Customer Satisfaction Actively monitor local NPS across segments, implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction across all local accounts. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across area, regional, and global functions. Provide insightful feedback to the Sales Channel Lead, leveraging customer feedback to drive improvement. Who we are looking for Extensive experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Logistics is required. Proven expertise in Logistics & Services is essential. Experience in warehousing, intermodal, or bundled logistics sales is highly desirable. Fluent English communication is mandatory. Mandarin proficiency is required, and Hokkien is a plus. Strong sense of ownership and excellent stakeholder management skills are crucial to success in this role.
