✨TL;DR - Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Account Executive to drive new growth and deep partnership within Scribe’s largest global enterprise accounts. You’ll own a highly strategic book of business focused on companies with 10,000+ employees, navigating complex organizations, shaping high-value opportunities, and landing transformative six-figure+ deals that lay the foundation for long-term expansion.
This is a builder role. You’ll combine the executive presence of a strategic seller with the scrappy tenacity of a 0→1 operator, working cross-functionally, leveraging insight and creativity, and crafting tailored go-to-market strategies that expand Scribe’s footprint across the enterprise.
Scribe is already used by over 600,000 organizations worldwide, but we’re just scratching the surface with the world’s largest enterprises. You’ll play a defining role in shaping how these customers adopt, scale, and realize the full potential of Scribe.
About the Role
As a Strategic Customer Account Executive at Scribe, you’ll translate Scribe’s enterprise vision into action. You’ll own a defined portfolio of Fortune 1000 customers, driving both new lands and meaningful expansion of our AI-powered documentation and automation platform, Scribe Optimize.
You’ll partner closely with senior decision-makers, navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact for our customers and business.
Location
While we’re a globally distributed team, this role requires you to live permanently in the United States
