This role is part of a dynamic commercial organization and involves close collaboration with distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and growing a designated territory, supporting sales execution, and identifying new business opportunities. Travel within the assigned region is required to support customer engagement and market development activities.
Responsibilities
may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers and channel partners Execute territory and account plans to increase market penetration and achieve assigned sales objectives Collaborate with distributors and partners to improve commercial performance, customer engagement, and inventory management Provide product training, education, and technical support to healthcare professionals in line with therapy and business requirements Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and recommend commercial actions Partner with internal stakeholders to support the development and execution of short- and long-term sales strategies Maintain accurate reporting of customer activities, market insights, and business performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Required Knowledge and
Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within a professional environment Proven ability to build customer relationships, manage complex accounts, and achieve commercial objectives Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market information and translate insights into effective sales actions Fluency in English Physical
