What we’re looking for • Minimum Master's Degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related disciplines; Ph.D. preferred. • At least 3 years of experience in Field Application Specialist, Application Support, Technical Support, Technical Sales or equivalent roles; outstanding fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered (211/985 or equivalent) is preferred. • Strong hands-on experience with PCR technologies is required; experience with qPCR applications is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage. • Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques and laboratory workflows. • Experience in delivering scientific presentations, seminars, workshops and technical training programs preferred. • Strong customer service mindset and demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, resolve issues independently and collaborate effectively with Sales Teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently resolve technical and application-related issues. • Customer-oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn new products and technologies. • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50% or more of working time).
