The Role: We are seeking an energetic and people focused Customer Service Advisor to join our London Depot team. This is a fast paced, people facing role where you’ll be at the heart of delivering a great customer experience. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries in a friendly, professional and engaging manner. Process customer orders and repeat orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy while meeting service targets. Manage and coordinate customer complaints and returns with a proactive mindset, working closely with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes. Respond to customer queries related to deliveries, orders, and account management, keeping customers informed and reassured. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain accurate records, complete reporting, and carry out general administrative duties. Key Skills &

Strong customer service and communication skills with a confident, personable approach Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to multitask, stay organised and perform well in a fast-paced environment A proactive problem solver
Experience
