Job description

What you'll be doing: Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory usage. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and schedules. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Additional Responsibilities as Assigned. This position is in our Querétaro RPC Plant. We’d love to hear from you if: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations and practices. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
