Job description

This is a specialized frontline Team Leader role that combines operational oversight with technical expertise to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor. This position serves as a key link between frontline employees and management, requiring both hands-on technical skills and strong leadership abilities. Core Skills Leadership & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to guide diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and provide clear, constructive feedback. Problem-Solving: Quick, data-driven decision-making and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks, safety concerns, and quality issues. Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of equipment, safety protocols, and operational procedures, including the ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Basic computer proficiency required. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage workflows, schedules, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and maintain operational flow. Safety Awareness: Consistent enforcement of PPE requirements, safety policies, and compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Basic Math & Data Entry: Ability to track production metrics, complete accurate data entry, and support reporting and performance monitoring.
