Responsibilities

· Operate machine tools such as CNC lathes, machining centers, drill presses, grinders, punch presses, or similar equipment · Set up equipment and perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations as required · Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances · Monitor feeds, speeds, and machining conditions to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy · Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation · Detect and report defective materials or abnormal machine conditions · Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep · Dispose of scrap and waste materials in compliance with company and environmental standards · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures Required Skills and Qualifications: · Ability to operate and maintain machine tools and equipment · Ability to read and interpret drawings with minimal supervision · Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques · Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high precision standards · Good communication and teamwork skills · Ability to work independently and complete tasks within time limits Preferred Skills and Qualifications: · Associates degree or diploma in Machine Technology or related field ·

• This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis. Expected Base Salary Range: $37,440-$43,950 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs.
