ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the technical strategy and execution of our Engineering Platform team. In this role, you will lead the development of foundational platform services and tools that accelerate and standardize software delivery across Relativity. You will act as a hands-on technical leader, setting direction, guiding engineers, and delivering scalable and secure solutions aligned with long-term vision. This role combines deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a bias for action, with the ability to influence across teams and shape engineering culture. Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead the design and implementation of platform services, infrastructure automation, and development tooling using .NET and Azure Define and evolve architectural patterns and standards for cloud-native development, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Principal Engineers, and Architects to align platform strategy with business and technical priorities Mentor engineers through design reviews, code feedback, and technical guidance Identify system-level improvements and lead initiatives to enhance developer productivity, platform resilience, and operational efficiency Promote DevOps practices, automation, and observability across the engineering organization Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities where they improve developer experience or platform efficiency Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and rapid delivery with a focus on engineering excellence Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve tools, practices, and technical decision-making WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required 7+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and .NET Deep experience with Microsoft Azure, including networking, compute, identity, and automation Proven ability to lead technical projects and set architectural direction Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD automation Strong understanding of containers, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 270 000 and 406 000PLN The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
