Join a highly visible regional finance team supporting the Nordics, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial integrity, strengthening governance, and influencing business decisions. If you're passionate about financial controls, compliance, stakeholder partnership, and driving continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to work at the heart of finance, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization. Your key responsibilities will be Conducting Balance Sheet Flux analysis and detailed P&L reviews with FP&A teams during monthly and quarterly close cycles to ensure accurate financial results and timely issue resolution. Coordinating the preparation, review, and validation of one-time items, including supporting documentation and management reporting. Performing accounting assessments, and internal controls reviews to strengthen governance, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure policy compliance. Building strong partnerships with FP&A and Finance Business Partner communities to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support decision-making processes. SOX Risk Assessment activities, including business input collection, risk evaluation, documentation review, and final sign-off coordination. Maintaining oversight of Approval Matrix governance, ensuring updates are implemented accurately and in line with organizational requirements. Supporting Internal Audit engagements and external PWC control reviews by coordinating responses, providing documentation, and driving remediation actions where required. Performing account reconciliation second-layer reviews to validate reconciliation quality, compliance, and timely completion of control activities. Overseeing periodic system access reviews to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and compliance with internal control standards. Coordinating the collection, validation, and submission of statistical and regulatory data. Monitoring and driving timely closure of SOX tickets, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively and documented appropriately. Identifying process improvement opportunities, promoting standardization across entities, and supporting continuous enhancement of financial controls and reporting practices. Acting as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders on controllership, compliance, accounting, and governance-related matters while fostering a strong control environment across the region. Who we are looking for You have a university degree in Finance or a related discipline You have relevant experience – preferably both from an accounting/consultancy as well as corporate controlling/finance roles You are fluent in English and Swedish

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between 472,000-944,000 SEK annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
