Responsibilities
Objective of the role: To own and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail Tier 3 accounts as a full sales cycle seller. To drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints. The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will responsible for the following duties: Own a portfolio of assigned accounts and territories, developing strategies to grow revenue through new business acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, digital engagement, referrals, and account-based sales activities. Execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Engage business decision-makers across merchants, fintechs, financial institutions, and other client segments to identify business challenges and position Visa solutions effectively. Achieve or exceed individual sales, revenue, and pipeline targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and opportunity management within CRM platforms. Develop account plans and identify growth opportunities across existing and prospective clients within the assigned territory. Deliver compelling client presentations and consultative sales discussions through virtual channels, including video conferencing, webinars, and digital engagement platforms. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive developments, payments innovation, and regulatory considerations relevant to assigned markets. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support client opportunities and drive successful sales outcomes. Participate in ongoing training and enablement programs to strengthen product, industry, and sales methodology knowledge. This is a full-time role based in our Singapore office and will be required to be onsite for 5 days each week. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or adjacent industries, preferably in a quota‑carrying, customer‑facing role, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, with a proven track record of building self-sourced pipeline, acquiring net-new business, managing the full sales cycle, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience
selling into financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, or technology clients is highly preferred. Knowledge of payments, digital commerce, or financial technology solutions is advantageous. Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional proficiency in Bengali is a must to support the market client coverage. Working knowledge of digital sales tools and CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar systems, with the ability to manage pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate account data Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business concepts clearly and engage stakeholders at various levels.
