As a Process Excellence Specialist in the Technology Division, you will drive the continuous improvement of Technology governance, processes, and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements. By promoting best practices, supporting strategic initiatives, and strengthening performance management, you will help enable a high-performing and well-governed Technology organization.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Support Technology & Security leadership in delivering strategic initiatives, governance activities, and departmental priorities
- Maintain and improve governance frameworks, processes, and reporting to support effective decision-making
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure regulatory and governance requirements are met, including DORA-related activities
- Drive awareness and adoption of policies, standards, and AI-related initiatives across the department
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, communication, and operational coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for employees on governance, policies, processes, and operational matters
- Coordinate leadership activities, departmental events, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and subcontractor management
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Experience in IT governance, process excellence, organizational effectiveness, or a similar role supporting senior leadership
- Strong understanding of IT governance, operating models, controls, and industry frameworks such as ITIL and NIST
- Experience with performance reporting, KPIs, KRIs, OKRs, and continuous improvement practices
- Background in banking or another regulated industry with knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with DORA, EBA guidelines, and Agile ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
