Operations Intern
Job description
Position Summary: Crane Company has delivered innovative and technology-led solutions to its customers since its founding in 1855. The Operations team oversees turning raw materials into high-quality finished products safely, efficiently, and on time. They manage day-to-day production, ensure quality standards are met, and continuously improve processes to keep work running smoothly. This role is located at Crane CP&E’s Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX). Key
Responsibilities
Assist with improvement projects. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. Analyze operational data. Attend and interact in team meetings. Problem solve individually, and with production and engineering teams. Required
Qualifications
Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in business management or operations. AutoCAD or Creo Skills. Understanding of process & product specifications. Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills. Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
