The Operations team oversees turning raw materials into high-quality finished products safely, efficiently, and on time. Assist with improvement projects. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. Analyze operational data. Attend and interact in team meetings. Problem solve individually, and with production and engineering teams. Required

Qualifications

Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in business management or operations. AutoCAD or Creo Skills. Understanding of process & product specifications. Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills. Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
