Your responsibilities: Dive deep into Sonoco's end-to-end supply chain processes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and costs Support and lead strategic improvement projects Explore and support the use of digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance. Drive change management initiatives and support teams through transformation Build expertise in Oracle ERP and other key planning systems Ensure high-quality and reliable supply chain data across the business Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and excited to solve complex challenges. You would be a great fit if you: Hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field Recent graduate or early-career professional Enjoy solving problems and turning data into actionable insights Have strong analytical and project management skills Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to change Communicate clearly and collaborate well with different stakeholders Show initiative and a strong sense of ownership Speak fluent English Have experience with ERP systems (a plus, not a requirement) Most importantly, you're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
