Join us, grow with us, and together, let's shape the future of biological discovery. ‎ About the opportunity Join QIAGEN as a Field Service Specialist supporting our advanced automation platforms and molecular diagnostic solutions across Türkiye. In this customer-facing role, you will ensure high performance and reliability of laboratory instrumentation while building strong partnerships with clinical and research customers. Based in Türkiye, you will travel extensively to provide expert on-site technical support, contributing directly to customer success and service excellence. Your tasks: Deliver on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of QIAGEN automation systems and analytical instruments as well as a wide variety of industry leading Partner instruments such as the Element Biosciences Aviti, Elitech Begenius, Diasorin Luminex systems, Seegene Nimbus. Provide technical support across hardware, software, and application usage for laboratory devices and collaborate with internal teams (service, sales, application support) to resolve complex technical cases. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and key stakeholders representing QIAGEN professionally in all customer interactions and act as a brand ambassador. Support service KPIs and contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Ensure accurate, timely documentation in CRM systems and compliance with regulatory requirements. Actively promote Field Service products and assist Sales in lead generation using Salesforce CRM software to improve efficiency of repairs and service satisfaction. Manage stock inventory, test equipment and vehicle maintenance. Provide cross-border/ district/ region support when required. Your profile: Please submit your application in English Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; molecular biology knowledge is a plus. Proven experience in field service, technical support, or instrumentation maintenance (minimum ~3 years preferred). Experience servicing laboratory or medical devices within clinical diagnostics, MDx, IVD, or related environments. Solid IT knowledge including networking, system integration, or LIMS (preferred). Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Fluent Turkish and professional English communication skills (written and spoken). Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively (up to ~85%) within Türkiye and occasionally internationally. Has already completed military service (male candidates).
