Their platform helps marketers and operators plan, coordinate, and optimize cross-channel campaigns by connecting merchandising, inventory, and marketing intelligence into a single system. As the company prepares for significant growth, they are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to help build a recognizable brand presence, create engaging content, and support demand generation efforts across multiple social channels.
Role Overview
The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for creating, producing, publishing, and managing original content across multiple social media platforms. The Social Media & Content Manager will own content production, short-form video creation, publishing schedules, community engagement, performance reporting, and content execution while partnering closely with marketing leadership. This role is ideal for a creative content producer who enjoys filming, editing, designing, publishing, and optimizing content while helping drive audience growth, engagement, and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Video
- Create original content from concept through final publication.
- Film screen recordings, product walkthroughs, and short-form video content.
- Record, edit, and produce polished video assets using Descript, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Create static graphics, social content, and visual assets using Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and visual standards.
- Maintain a consistent visual and editorial style across content initiatives.
- Produce content that feels polished, intentional, and professionally executed.
Content Calendar & Publishing
- Develop and manage content calendars across social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Execute content variations, experiments, and testing initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with growth objectives.
- Ensure content remains organized, timely, and aligned with marketing priorities.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Engage with target audiences across social platforms.
- Support influencer collaborations and partnership initiatives.
- Help strengthen community engagement and brand awareness.
- Maintain a professional and responsive presence across channels.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track content performance across platforms.
- Monitor engagement, reach, click-through rates, audience growth, and related performance indicators.
- Report content results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and content insights.
- Support ongoing optimization efforts through performance analysis.
AI-Enabled Content Operations
- Utilize AI tools to support content creation, repurposing, scheduling, and reporting workflows.
- Leverage AI-enabled processes to improve content production efficiency.
- Ensure all published content is reviewed, refined, and aligned with brand standards.
- Use AI as a productivity tool while maintaining authentic brand voice and quality.
Qualifications Experience
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and content programs.
- Experience creating original short-form video content from concept through publication.
- Experience filming, editing, and producing video assets independently.
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Experience supporting social media growth initiatives across multiple channels.
- Experience creating content for B2B SaaS, Shopify, eCommerce, technology, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience supporting influencer collaborations or partnership campaigns is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to support content production workflows is preferred.
