Role Overview
The Sales Executive will manage consultative, conversation-driven sales interactions focused on helping customers navigate high-ticket wellness and home installation purchases typically ranging from $10K–$50K+. This role requires someone who can build trust quickly, educate customers clearly, simplify technical information, and confidently guide buyers through the full sales cycle in a fast-paced inbound sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Manage inbound leads from qualification through close.
- Lead consultative sales conversations via phone and video.
- Understand customer goals, wellness needs, and space requirements.
- Handle objections, pricing conversations, and product recommendations in real time.
Customer Education & Solution Selling
- Educate customers on sauna systems, heater options, installation considerations, and configurations.
- Simplify technical product information in a clear and confident manner.
- Recommend best-fit solutions based on customer needs, goals, and use cases.
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain ownership of pipeline management and follow-up processes.
- Track leads, opportunities, and closed deals accurately.
- Consistently work toward sales and conversion targets in a high-performance environment.
Relationship Building
- Build customer trust through strong communication and active listening.
- Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Ensure customers feel informed, supported, and confident in their purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of B2C or consultative sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals.
- Experience handling high-ticket customer conversations preferred.
Skills
