Job Description The Lead, Talent Acquisition – EMEA leads a team of recruiters while directly managing strategic and complex recruitment activity across the region. You will balance people leadership, partner management and talent acquisition strategy with hands-on delivery of end-to-end recruitment. You will help support business growth, workforce planning, diversity plans, process excellence and talent attraction across EMEA. You will have a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office, working in Katowice. You will report to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA. Your

Responsibilities

will include: Team Leadership (50%) Lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across EMEA. Coach, conduct performance reviews, regular one-to-ones, development planning and succession discussions. Set clear goals, monitor performance metrics and lead accountability. Support capability building through training, knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture. Champion diversity, equity and inclusion programs across the recruitment process. Improve recruitment processes and service delivery. Present recruitment performance, market insights and hiring trends Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Delivery (50%) Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical, senior-level and hard-to-fill positions across EMEA. Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking and market research. Build proactive talent pipelines for all needs. Provide market intelligence, hiring trends and talent insights to support our decisions. Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Use recruitment technology and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities and improve results. Support TA projects, employer branding projects and regional talent attraction activities. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility.

Experience

leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries and departments. Experienced in management and coaching skills

Experience

using direct sourcing tools and recruitment technologies. Fluent in English and Polish, other languages are an advantage The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Experience

leading recruitment teams within a global matrix organization. Knowledge of EMEA labour markets and employment practices.

Experience

with workforce planning, talent mapping and succession planning.

implementing inclusive hiring practices and process improvements.
