Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas: Dirige o lleva a cabo la coordinación y preparación de los expedientes de documentación para las presentaciones reglamentarias de todas las áreas de la empresa, así como para las auditorías e inspecciones internas. Dirige o recopila todos los materiales necesarios para las presentaciones, la renovación de licencias y los registros anuales. Recomienda cambios en el etiquetado, la fabricación, la comercialización y los protocolos clínicos para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo. Supervisa y mejora los sistemas de seguimiento y control. Se mantiene al día de los procedimientos y cambios normativos. Puede dirigir la interacción con las agencias reguladoras en asuntos definidos. Recomienda estrategias para la aprobación lo más temprana posible de las solicitudes de ensayos clínicos. Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos: Carrera universitaria de Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo, Ingeniería Biomédica, Medicina, Ingeniería Química y/o experiencia práctica en procesos regulatorios. Dos a tres años de experiencia relevante trabajando con asuntos regulatorios en empresas de dispositivos médicos en Argentina Inglés Avanzado Experiencia realizando/ validando, renovaciones & modificaciones de Registros Sanitarios Experiencia trabajando con entidades de gobierno como COFEPRIS (México), ANMAT (Argentina) & DIGEMID (Perú) Sería una ventaja contar con experiencia en registros sanitarios de dispositivos médicos Sería una ventaja contar con experiencia en Auditorías internas y externas / CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Sería una ventaja contar con certificados de Buenas prácticas (GMP, GDP) & ISO 13485 Ubicación de la vacante: Argentina CABA Physical
