Responsibilities

Performs verification and inspection of flight component installation and operational functional testing of aircraft systems. Inspects and verifies troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults and documents faulty components. Conducts inspection of pre-flight and post-flight checks and performs inspections of maintenance and modification prior to delivery. Supports documentation of identified problems during operation and testing of deliverable products. Verifies the accuracy of work performed and may conduct self-inspection. Assists in performing system & sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance inspections in preparation for delivery. Participates in determining details of assignments to accomplish a wide range of objectives. Plans, schedules and arranges own activities with the assistance of lead. Qualifications

(Required Skills/Experience): Must be able to work any shift including days, nights and weekends 2+ years’ experience in the aerospace industry 2+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing 2+ years of experience working with Velocity and other 787 production applications
