Career Category Supply Chain Job Description Position Summary The Sr. Associate Supply Chain, Planning & Analytics is responsible for supporting global supply chain planning processes through data analysis, reporting, planning system maintenance, and business insights generation. This role partners closely with Network Planning, Site Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to provide analytical support that improves supply visibility, planning performance, inventory management, and operational decision-making. The position plays a critical role in transforming supply chain data into actionable insights, enabling improved forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, supply risk management, and planning process effectiveness across the network. Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning Analytics Analyze supply, demand, inventory, and planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support network planning activities through reporting, scenario analysis, and planning recommendations. Monitor inventory performance, material availability, and supply chain health indicators. Develop analyses to support inventory optimization, safety stock management, and supply continuity. Identify supply chain constraints and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Reporting & Business Intelligence Develop, maintain, and automate planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Support creation of executive-level reporting packages and business reviews. Monitor and report key planning performance metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and supply plan adherence. Generate ad hoc analyses and reports to support business priorities and operational reviews. Ensure reporting consistency and data accuracy across planning systems. Planning Systems & Data Management Maintain planning master data and system parameters within SAP, RapidResponse, and related planning platforms. Support data governance activities and ensure integrity of planning data. Perform data validation and reconciliation activities across supply chain systems. Support implementation and enhancement of planning tools and technologies. Scenario Planning & Decision Support Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate potential impacts of demand, supply, inventory, and capacity changes. Support development of recovery plans during supply disruptions and shortage situations. Analyze network inventory positions and recommend actions to mitigate risk. Provide analytical support for planning decisions, allocation strategies, and business continuity activities. Support planning reviews and governance forums through preparation of data and recommendations. Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance measurement. Partner with business stakeholders to streamline planning workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. Assist in development of standard work, documentation, and process metrics. Participate in cross-functional improvement projects and transformation initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with Network Planning, Site Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Quality organizations. Communicate planning insights and business impacts to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Serve as an analytical resource for supply chain projects and strategic initiatives. Supply Chain Collaboration Supplier Enablement Lead supplier onboarding and enablement activities for supply chain collaboration platforms. Monitor supplier adoption, performance metrics, and compliance with collaboration processes. Manage supplier training, communication, and change management activities for supply chain collaboration platforms. Serve as the primary contact for supplier-related questions, escalations, and issue resolution. Accountability &

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree and 5-9 years of experience in Supply Chain, Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Life Sciences.

Experience

supporting supply chain planning, inventory management, forecasting, or analytics functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Experience

with SAP, RapidResponse, Kinaxis, or other supply chain planning platforms.

Experience

developing dashboards and reports using Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.

Experience

with data governance, master data management, and planning system maintenance. Project management and continuous improvement experience. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or process improvement methodologies. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
