Job Description Global Operations PS process automation using Spotfire, Smartsheet, Miro and AI to reduce manual effort for operations (IT development and support). Create a centralized deliverable tracking system for all types of engineering workstreams etc. either connected to the data source systems or create Smartsheet to track the PS deliverables. Create quality, delivery, productivity, inventory automated reports for weekly and monthly operating rhythm connected to MIRO board. Create PS funding reports for tracking current allocation, utilization and overspent Create centralized system with reporting for monthly audits of deliverables for vendor invoicing and billing back to programs across multiple engineering processes. Create a report to connect the global training framework with current OTD and FTY of each engineering process. Maintenance and support for above systems and report
