& Technical Skills Primary Focus: Developing training content on the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform. Role Nature: The ideal candidate needs to be a techno-functional resource. They will not act as a full project manager but should be capable of handling scoping, timeline tracking, testing, and deploying WalkMe projects. Scripting & Technical Skills:

Experience

with WalkMe Editor and integration is needed. Knowledge of scripting, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is fine; deep scripting expertise is preferred but not strictly mandatory. System Maintenance: Admin and platform maintenance duties will be highly limited as the existing integrations and processes are already stable. Functional & Process

Process Focus: Candidates must be able to translate change management and existing training materials into interactive WalkMe content running on top of business systems. SAP Understanding: The resources need a strong business process understanding of SAP and the SAP Fiori Launchpad. Key process areas include: Lead to Cash Plan to Fulfill Source to Pay Finance Other Platforms: Familiarity or integration knowledge with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, LeanIX, Signavio, HighRadius, or BlackLine is highly beneficial.
