Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relationships within the organization, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering positive employee experiences. Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding support. Assist in developing and implementing employee orientation programs and training initiatives to support smooth integration and development. Support employee performance evaluations and feedback processes by maintaining documentation and tracking timelines. Administer HR policies and procedures related to benefits, leave management, and employee relations, ensuring accurate execution. Oversee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing separation documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and security in line with organizational standards. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to support compliance across all aspects of employee lifecycle management.
