The key accountabilities: Management of creatives and other materials with the advertising agency (quality control of proposals, “brand control"). Coordination with the media / digital agency (control of timings and campaign materials). Coordination of request and delivery of materials for Own Media. Participation in Brainstorming’s and development of ideas. Coordination of online materials and web pages. Management of international and internal reporting documents. Support to the different departments (Social media, partnerships, PR…) by providing the necessary creative materials. Follow up competitive landscape and best marketing practices from a creative perspective Support on elaborating presentations, internal reports, and analysis according to Brand marketing department requirements Expected areas of competence: Good communication skills (oral and written). Proactive and self-starter. Organized. Attention to detail. Able to multitask. Team player. QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE NEEDED: Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
