Our client seeks a sales professional based in Spain with an established network in the low- and medium-voltage industry to identify and engage high-value key accounts. You'll develop and execute sales strategies for market penetration while building long-term customer relationships from first contact through successful order fulfillment.
This role combines strategic sales development with hands-on new business acquisition in the GreenTech sector, where you'll represent the company at industry events, conduct customer visits, and manage a professional sales pipeline using modern CRM tools.
What you will do as an Account Executive - New Business (Spain)...
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies for market penetration in the Spanish market
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers with focus on high-value key accounts through personalized outreach, industry events, and customer visits
- Relationship Building: Conduct needs analysis, negotiate agreements, and provide trusted support from first contact through successful order fulfillment
- CRM-Based Sales Management: Professionally manage sales pipeline using HubSpot for consistent, efficient sales processes
- Industry Representation: Represent the company in the industry and coordinate closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Product Management
- Performance Analysis: Regularly prepare forecasts and market assessments for management reporting
What we are looking for…
- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)—or proven sales track record, ideally within GreenTech
- Industry Experience: Ideally several years in the electrical engineering industry—particularly with switchgear, measuring-device, or connector manufacturers, engineering/planning offices, or grid operators in medium- and/or low-voltage sector
- Location & Network: Based in Spain with well-established professional network in the low- and medium-voltage industry
- Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Communication Excellence: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales Drive: Reliable, motivated team member with passion for sales and enthusiasm for GreenTech
- Technical Tools: Confident with Office applications; experience with CRM and ERP systems advantageous
- Technology Interest: Willingness to acquire product know-how and genuine interest in innovative technology
