We are seeking a talented Sales Support to play a key role in supporting our commercial activities and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with customers, Account Managers, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely support. Experience

working with cross-functional and multicultural teams Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment Positive attitude with a solution-oriented approach Ability to resolve issues constructively and collaboratively High energy level and a "can-do" mindset Knowledge of West African markets

Experience

supporting commercial teams serving international customers Exposure to the ingredients, flavors, fragrances, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage What Makes You the Right Fit 3–5 years of experience in commercial support, customer service, sales support, logistics, or supply chain in an international environment Bachelor's degree from a reputable university Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience

with SAP and/or Salesforce (SFDC) preferred Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly Fluent in Arabic and English French proficiency (minimum B-level writing and reading) How Would You Stand Out?
