Qualifications

The Nurse Manager directs, plans, and coordinates the clinical and operational activities of professional nursing and support staff within the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supporting staff development and engagement, and fostering a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment. The Nurse Manager may also provide direct patient care as needed. What You'll Do Clinical & Operational Leadership Provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab Coordinate departmental activities with other hospital departments Develop and implement staffing plans to support patient care needs Support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care Staff Development & Engagement Oversee staff onboarding, training, education, and professional development Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Support staff engagement, retention, and professional growth Quality & Patient Safety Promote a positive environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff Support initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and operational efficiency Encourage best practices and clinical excellence across the department Additional

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Master's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

in lieu of degree: No Licensure & Certifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred

Experience

2–3 years of nursing experience required 1–2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations Knowledge of age-specific patient care needs across assigned populations

Pay Range
