As a Technician Operations, you will work with modern laboratory equipment and support protein purification and formulation processes. This role is a great opportunity if you are a student, recent graduate, or someone with practical lab or technical experience who wants to grow in biotech operations. Your tasks include Support daily operational processes and maintain laboratory and production equipment Assist in recombinant protein purification using chromatography and filtration techniques Aliquoting, labeling and packaging of the final product (proteins/enzymes in powder and liquid formulations) Taking part in protein production processes (purification, fermentation, and final formulation stages) and performing support operations (buffer preparation, equipment preparation, line clearance etc.) Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows Prepare and maintain documentation in line with the Quality Management System Your profile You are a student, recent graduate (Bachelor’s in progress or completed) in biotechnology or a related field or you have a technical/vocational background (e.g., laboratory technician, technical school) with hands-on experience Interest in biotechnology, laboratory work, or production processes Fluent Polish and intermediate English Willingness to work between Gdynia and Gdańsk (mainly Gdynia) Openness to occasional night shifts and limited weekend work (depending on team needs) What we offer Private medical care Multisport card Training and development programs Flexible benefits platform Language classes Friendly atmosphere Casual dress code Employee Assistance Program and internal QIAGEN communities Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
